Ucardia’s Services are not intended for minors under the age of 18. No one under the age of 18 should provide any information to us or use our Services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. We collect or may collect several types of information, including PII, when you use the Services. Ucardia, Inc. collects and uses such information for such purposes as providing the Services, marketing and promoting our Services, market research data, user experience monitoring and improvement and related business purposes. We never sell PII that we collect.
A user has an option to upload a photo when using the Services. If they choose to do so, Ucardia only uses the photo for personalization while the user interacts with the Services. Ucardia does not analyze or share photo data.

“COOKIES” AND INTERNET TAGS
Ucardia, Inc. may collect and process information about your use of the Services, such as the Site pages you visit, the website you came from and some of the searches you perform. We use this information to help improve the contents of the Site and the Services and to compile aggregate statistics about individuals using our Site and the Services for internal, market research purposes. DO NOT TRACK POLICY
We do not honor any web browser “Do Not Track” signals or other mechanisms that allow you to signal to operators of websites and web applications and services that you do not wish such operators to track certain of your online activities over time and across different websites. At present, no universally accepted standards exist on how companies should respond to do-not-track signals. In the event a final universally accepted standard is established, we will assess and provide an appropriate response to these signals.
When you download or use apps created by us (e.g., to deliver the Services), we may receive information about your location and your mobile device, including a unique identifier for your device. Ucardia, Inc. may use non-personal information to analyze data into useful information. We may share information with healthcare providers who provide services to individuals, and they share information with us, for purposes related to treatment, payment and healthcare operations, and otherwise as agreed or authorized by you. In some cases, our Site contains links to other sites, including links to relevant thought leadership articles in third-party publications that are not directly affiliated with Ucardia, Inc. We do not share your PII with those sites (unless you specifically authorize such sharing) and are not responsible for their privacy procedures.
